Intergenerational games afternoon at Pendleton CourtResidents at Pendleton Court care home in Salford welcomed students from the local nursery into the home for a fun-filled afternoon of games.

The intergenerational activities, which take place each month at Pendleton Court, encourage communication between Residents and nursery children to enhance their skills and wellbeing.

There were smiles all around as Residents played the games with the children, as they shared memories of how games and technology have changed since they were growing up.

The afternoon was a great success for all involved, as Residents at Pendleton Court are already looking forward to inviting the nursery into the home again next month.
