Kendal care home Residents enjoy festive markets

Two ladies from HC-One’s Summerhill care home in Kendal enjoyed browsing the local Christmas markets and doing some last minute Christmas shopping on Wednesday 18th December.

Marjorie and Philippa, Residents at Summerhill decided to visit their local Christmas markets to find some last minute gifts for loved ones and to get in the festive spirit. The ladies chatted as they admired the lights and browsed the stalls, they stopped for a coffee and a slice of cake in a local coffee shop and watched the world go by.

The pair had a wonderful time, Marjorie commented that the market was beautiful and all of the Christmas lights and decorations have made her feel very festive.
