Kindness is rewarded at Broadway care homeZoe Miller, Home Manager at Brompton House care home in Broadway, was delighted to receive a Kindness in Care award for her commitment to the home.

The Kindness in Care Awards programme was launched by HC-One, a leading provider in health and social care, in October 2013.  It recognises the efforts of their kindest colleagues, and the impact they have on the lives of Residents and their loved ones.

Month on month, record breaking numbers of awards are presented to colleagues, volunteers, and whole teams within the family of homes that HC-One operates across the UK.

After joining Brompton House as Home Manager earlier in 2019, Zoe has brought many positive changes to the home and has been recognised by Relatives and fellow Colleagues for her kind and caring nature.

Zoe was presented her award by HC-One Area Director, Carol Dight, and Alan Miller-Young from Human Resources. Her certificate, which commemorated her brilliant and caring management skills, is now framed and proudly hung in Zoe’s office.

Zoe said: “Thank you so much to everyone who nominated me for my Kindness in Care Award. I have loved my role as Home Manager at Brompton House so far and can’t wait to bring smiles to more Residents’ and Relatives’ faces in the future.”
