Kirkcaldy care home Resident helps MP choose Christmas card competition winnerGeorge Rough, a Resident at HC-One’s Chapel Level care home in Kirkcaldy, Fife was invited to assist local MP, David Torrance in choosing a winner for the Sainsbury’s Christmas Card Competition. 

Sainsbury’s in Kirkcaldy hosted a Christmas card competition for local school children, who all submitted beautifully decorated cards with the hope of being crowned as the winner.

George and MP David Torrance were invited to judge the Christmas card competition, the pair browsed through all of the submissions and had the tough decision of choosing one lucky winner whose card will be professionally printed and handed out to Residents at Chapel Level.

Sarah Flower, Home Manager at Chapel Level said: “George was delighted to be asked to help judge the Christmas card competition, all of the entries were beautiful and it was a pleasure to be involved.”
