Kirkwood Court coffee morning raises money for Dementia UKResidents and Relatives came together for a coffee at HC-One’s Kirkwood Court on Friday morning to raise money for Dementia UK.

Over 20 Residents and Relatives attended the coffee morning which was accompanied by some sing along music which got Residents from all floors singing and socialising.

Kirkwood Court’s Home Manager Andrea Pringle said. ’It was so nice to see so many families attend on today’s coffee mornings.’

The Residents loved the variety of the cakes on offer and having the opportunity to talk to new people, ‘What a truly wonderful idea this was’ said Kirkwood Court Resident, Hazel Waggott.

Friday’s coffee morning was so successful that Kirkwood Court have decided to host one on the first Friday of every month!
