Laindon care home Residents enjoy exercise activitiesResidents at HC-One’s Oaklands care home were delighted to enjoy another chair exercise sessions at the home that they regularly take part in each week.

The exercises consist of both hand and body exercises to suit everyone’s ability within the home. Everyone enjoys participating in the weekly activity, with Residents especially enjoying the music that accompanies the exercises.

Everyone remarked at how much better they feel each time after the activity, with benefits described by all, including less bodily aches.

Stephanie Massey, home manager, commented: “It’s wonderful to see this activity benefitting so many Residents, everyone enjoys the weekly visits and look forward to each session.”
