Local school children sing at Durham care homeHC-One’s St Margaret’s care home in Durham welcomed pupils from St Margaret’s Primary School on Tuesday 17th December to perform Christmas carols for Residents, team members and visitors.

Pupils visited St Margaret’s to sing a variety of Christmas carols and songs, they also brought some homemade cakes and biscuits they had prepared for Residents. 

Everyone was excited to watch the children perform, Residents sang along with their festive favourites and after the performance, they thanked the children for bringing Christmas cheer to the home.

St Margaret’s Home Manager, Katherine Swainston said: “Thank you so much to the children from St Margaret’s school, your visit has filled our home with festive spirit and we are all counting down the days till Christmas at St Margaret’s care home.”
