Long service celebrated at Polegate care home

Colleagues came together in celebration at HC-One’s The Polegate care home as awards were presented to a group of Colleagues for their long service in the home.

The nursing and care assistants were delighted as they were presented with their long service awards during a team meeting in the home.

Five of the Colleagues were awarded with their five years’ service awards whilst four of them were awarded with awards for ten years’ of service in the home, alongside a badge, they were gifted with a certificate and thanked for their dedication to the home and HC-One.

Emma Rich-Spice, home manager, commented: “We are so proud to work alongside such dedicated Colleagues in the home, the hard work they show towards both our Residents, our home and HC-One as a whole.”
