Love is in the air as Worsley care home Residents attend tea danceLove is in the air for Residents at Worsley Lodge care home in Worsley, Manchester as they attended the local Palais tea dance.

Residents from nearby HC-One care home, Pendleton Court in Salford, joined those living at Worsley Lodge for a delicious lunch and a catch up before heading off to the tea dance.

The tea dance, which this time had a special Valentine’s Day twist, saw Residents enjoying a delicious selection of cakes and hot drinks.

Everyone enjoyed dancing along to the music, with each person being presented with a red rose to take home with them once the dance was complete.

The dance was, as always, a great hit with Residents, as Rita and Mary even won a prize in the raffle.

One Resident commented: “That was lovely. I look forward to the tea dance every month.”
