Lunchtime laughter for Manchester care home ResidentsMargaret and Frances, Residents at Barton Brook care home in Manchester, enjoyed a ladies lunch as they were taken out for a delicious meal together.

The two ladies have become very good friends since moving into Barton Brook and mentioned to a staff member that they would love to go out for lunch together.

Colleagues at the home were keen to help the ladies’ request come true and took them for a delicious meal together at the Rock Hotel in Peel Green.

After tucking into their delicious food, Margaret and Frances chatted over their favourite tipple, Baileys, which they often enjoy during their film nights together.

Lynn Kaye, Home Manager at Barton Brook, said: “It’s fantastic to see friendships form between Residents living at our home. The bond between Margaret and Frances was evident as they were chatting away over their lunch together.”
