Mountain Ash care home Residents move to the beat at armchair Zumba

Residents at Aberpennar Court care home in Mountain Ash enjoyed an afternoon of armchair Zumba as part of the home’s commitment to Residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing. 

Every two weeks Residents enjoy an armchair Zumba class, with instructors Jan and Sue guiding them through the moves. 

The 50 minute class sees Residents laughing along together as they move to the music, promoting their physical wellbeing through exercise. 

The Zumba class is a firm favourite amongst Residents when it comes to the home’s activities, with many people commenting on how much better they feel after exercising.
