Musical exercise at Waterside care homeHC-One’s Waterside care home Residents were in the mood to dance as they took part in an exercise session alongside Christmas songs.

Their favourite festive songs played as each Resident took part in the general exercises as well as using the equipment at the home, to get them up dancing but also improving well-being.

This activity session is one that occurs regularly and is always enjoyed by the home’s Residents, and Helen, the co-ordinator, is popular with everyone in the home.

Amanda Rowley, home manager, commented: “This is such an enjoyable way to keep Residents active throughout the week. They enjoy these regular sessions and look forward to each one.”
