Musical moments at Hartlepool care homeHC-One’s Sheraton Court care home in Hartlepool welcomed Jess for a musical movement session for Residents and family members on Wednesday 15th January.

Everyone gathered in the lounge to welcome Jess for a musical movement session, everyone danced along to the music while some played musical instruments including a tambourine and maracas.

The musical movement sessions provide a gentle exercise for Residents while enjoying some fun, light-hearted games and activities. A great time was had by all, even visiting family members who participated commented on how much fun they had and asked if they can take part in the next session.

Carole Thomson, Home Manager at Sheraton Court said: “Thank you to Jess for providing an engaging musical movement session, it’s great to see everyone having fun while doing some light exercises.”
