Musical start to new decade at Penrith care homeHC-One’s Croft Avenue care home in Penrith was alive with the sound of music on New Year’s Day as Residents enjoyed a wonderful clarinet performance from Phil Lowe.

A regular visitor to Croft Avenue, Phil treated Residents and team members to a musical start to the new decade, performing a variety of tunes including requests on his clarinet.

Residents sang along to their favourites and after the show, chatted to Phil about Christmas and plans for the upcoming year. One Resident commented that Phil is a splash of sunshine with his colourful waistcoat and red braces which made Phil smile.

Croft Avenue home manager, Teresa Mcguiness said: “Happy New Year from Croft Avenue! Thank you so much to Phil for providing yet another amazing performance for our Residents.”
