Musical therapy at Wakefield care homeHC-One’s Carr Gate care home in Wakefield was filled with the sound of music as Residents were treated a musical therapy session with Rebecca Penkett on Friday 13th December.

Residents gathered in the lounge to watch Rebecca sing and play the harp, seasonal nibbles and beverages were served throughout and Residents had the chance to try playing the harp after Rebecca’s performance.

Everyone had a wonderful experience, Residents commented that they enjoyed listening to the beautiful sounds of the harp and thought Rebecca had a lovely voice.

Clare McCourt, Carr Gate Home Manager said: “Thank you to Rebecca for her stunning performance, it was a great musical therapy session for our Residents.”
