New activity board is a hit for Residents at Belper care home

The introduction of a new activity board at Bankwood care home in Belper has proved to be a great success amongst those living in the home. 

The activity board, which is a magnetic whiteboard especially designed for interactive sessions, has become a popular addition to the activities taking place at Bankwood.

Residents have enjoyed competing in a number of games on the board, including noughts and crosses, hangman and Pictionary. 

Lynne, Wellbeing Coordinator at Bankwood, said: “The new activity board has gone down a treat with Residents, as they have worked as a team to compete in a number of exciting games.”
