New Cradlehall Manager hosts afternoon tea meet and greet with ResidentsCatherine Reynolds, who has recently been appointed at Home Manager at HC-One’s Cradlehall care home in Inverness hosted a small afternoon tea meet and greet with Residents and Relatives in a bid to get to know them.

Catherine welcomed families and friends and spent time getting to know them.
She said: “It was so nice to sit down with Residents and their families and find out their life story and what is important to them.”

The Home Manager also took the opportunity to provide families with a schedule of the planned relative meetings for the rest of the year.

Residents enjoyed preparing for the event by baking scones and cakes and also wrote invites and decorated the tea trolley. The group also had a fun ‘Getting to know Catherine’ quiz, with Residents enjoying having so many visitors.
