Newton Aycliffe care home Residents take part in community exercise groupResidents from HC-One’s St Clare’s Court care home in Newton Aycliffe were invited to take part in exercise classes throughout January in local community centre, Bluebell Hub.

Everyone at St Clare’s Court was offered the opportunity to take part in the fitness sessions, which were hosted in a local community centre, Residents enjoyed taking part in the different exercises and chatting with other participants. 

One Resident commented: “It was lovely to go out and really enjoyed the afternoon exercising alongside people living in other local care homes, it was fun.”

Michelle Jones, St Clare’s Court Home Manager said: “I would like to thank the Bluebell Hub community centre for inviting our Residents to take part in the exercise classes, everyone had a great time.”
