Norton Lees care home promotes Resident wellbeing with relaxing yoga classResidents at Holmwood care home in Norton Lees, Sheffield enjoyed a therapeutic yoga session as part of HC-One’s commitment to Resident wellbeing.

The yoga sessions, which have been rolled out as a monthly activity at the care home, invite a local instructor to teach Residents new exercise and stretching techniques.

At the beginning of the session, Residents and their loved ones sit down together in comfortable chairs and listen to soothing music, helping them to relax.

The sessions have proved a great success for ladies and gentlemen living at the home, as Resident Tony said: “I felt more relaxed afterwards.”
