Nursery reminiscence area set up for Chaseview Residents to enjoy
Residents at HC-One’s Chaseview care home were delighted as the home introduced a new area for all to enjoy – a nursery corner.

The corner consists of various dolls and equipment such as prams and highchairs, to help promote reminiscence in Residents with dementia.

Each Resident enjoys to visit the corner as they can interact with the baby dolls, rocking the prams or simply holding and talking to the doll.

Home manager, Jennifer Khadoo, commented: “Residents really enjoy this reminiscence area, it is such a great talking point and it’s lovely to see the Residents interacting with the dolls, bringing back many a fond memory.”
