Old Gates care home Residents get crafty for ChristmasResidents at HC-One’s Old Gates care home got crafty together as they worked with Colleagues to create a beautiful piece of art to be displayed in the entrance of the home.

The decoration was crafted using Christmas foliage and decorations, with Colleague, Kim, handcrafting wreaths and decorations for the lounge of the home.

The Residents were amazed as they admired the wonderful creation, naming the piece of art “Lady Rowena”.

Helen Holden, home manager, commented: “Kim’s artwork has captured the wonderful essence of Christmas spirit, Residents have really enjoyed getting involved in the activity together.”
