Old Gates Resident becomes ‘Santa Claus’ for the dayHC-One’s Old Gates care home Resident, David, was delighted to bring cheer to all as he kindly volunteered to be Santa Claus for the day at the home’s Christmas market.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves as David brought good cheer to all, which encouraged Colleagues to decide to thank David for the effort he made for the day.

To offer their thanks and show their appreciation, Colleagues in the home came together and gifted David with an Amazon voucher, which he greatly appreciated.

Each Colleague remarked at how wonderful David was as Santa Claus, stating how much the children enjoyed his presence and kindness.

Home manager, Helen Holden, commented: “We have had such a lovely time with David as Santa Claus, and it was only right that we thanked him for his wonderful efforts.”
