Overseas nurse passes OSCE to continue career at Sheffield care home

Ascot Lodge care home in Intake, Sheffield was delighted to see Colleague Fiona Tungamira achieve her OSCE as part of HC-One’s Overseas Nurse Programme. 

Since joining Ascot Lodge in October 2019, Fiona has worked hard to provide kind care to Residents living in the home, proving herself a fantastic addition to the nursing team.

After passing her OSCE examination in January, Fiona has been able to complete her transition to work as a registered nurse in the UK. 

Fellow Colleagues at Ascot Lodge congratulated Fiona on her achievement, as they officially welcomed her into the team. 

Kerry Green, Home Manager at Ascot Lodge, said: “Fiona is a fantastic addition to our team here at Ascot Lodge. We were overjoyed that she passed her exam and look forward to seeing her develop her skills further at HC-One.”
