Panto season is in full swing at Wigston care home

Residents at Cedar Court care home in Wigston gave a massive round of applause as they watched a Christmas performance of Jack and the Beanstalk.

Friends and family joined Residents for the show, which told the story of Jack, his magic beans and the giant at the top of the beanstalk. 

There were smiles all around as Residents laughed along to the jokes and even shouted out some typical panto lines, such as ‘he’s behind you!’

One Resident commented: “I loved the panto it was great. I really enjoyed all the jokes they told.”
