Pendleton Court brightens up Residents’ night at Blackpool Illuminations

Residents at Pendleton Court care home in Salford enjoyed a bright and colourful evening at Blackpool Illuminations. 

As they made their journey to the popular seaside town, Pendleton Court Residents were delighted to be joined by their friends from nearby HC-One care home, Worsley Lodge. 

As they approached the coastline, Residents were delighted to see the illuminations in the distance as they reminisced about trips to see the lights at Blackpool in their childhood. 

The visit was completed with a delicious meal at the Air Balloon pub in Blackpool, where Residents shared their favourite memories from the day and enjoyed a hearty serving of their favourite foods. 

On the way home, Residents sang songs together, as one Resident commented: “I had a great time with my friends from Worsley Lodge! I can’t wait for more adventures together.”
