Peterlee care home celebrates Proud to Care weekHC-One’s Grampian Court care home in Peterlee celebrated Proud to Care Week with a party on Friday 8th November to celebrate all of the amazing care and support each and every team member provides.

Proud to Care week started on November 4th and offers the opportunity for everyone to exchange messages of kindness and pride, and celebrate as one.

The home hosted a Proud to Care party, with live entertainment and afternoon tea for Residents, family and team members to enjoy as the special thank you to the whole team for their kind, caring and friendly service. 

Residents wrote their comment and thanks to the team on cards which were displayed throughout the party of everyone to read, a great time was had by all, the team felt very special and appreciated and thanked everyone for helping them celebrate Proud to Care week.
