Pizza-making goes down a treat at Colton care homeResidents loved throwing on their aprons and gloves at Colton Lodges care home in Leeds as they made their very own pizzas.

Cooking is one of the most popular activities for Residents to join in with at Colton Lodges and, with pizza being a popular mealtime option, Colleagues were keen to give the cooking session an Italian twist.

Residents enjoyed selecting their favourite toppings for the pizzas, with many opting for cheese, ham, pepperoni and sweetcorn.

Once the pizzas were cooked, Residents could not wait to tuck in and thoroughly enjoyed the homemade dinnertime treats.

One Resident commented: “I loved making the pizzas but enjoyed eating them even more.”
