Ready, set, bake at Nottingham care home

Residents dawned their chef whites for a baking session at Alexandra care home in Long Eaton, Nottingham on Wednesday 22nd January.

Wellbeing Coordinator, Gosia, hosted a baking session for Residents where everyone helped create the cake mixture ready for the oven. For some, baking brought back memories of their younger days and they reminisced about their favourite things to bake for their loved ones. 

One Resident commented: “I love making cakes and getting to taste the finished result is always the best part.”
