Redcar care home Residents attend intergenerational festive party

Residents from HC-One’s Roseberry Court care home in Redcar were invited to a Christmas party hosted by a local nursery, Sunny Days on Tuesday 10th December.

The children and Residents enjoyed a variety of traditional party games and activities, all with a festive twist. The highlight of the day was listening to the children singing Christmas songs, some Residents joined in and sang along to their festive favourites.

Brian, a Resident at Roseberry Court commented: “I’ve had the time of my life with the children and never laughed so much.”

Roseberry Court Home Manager, Alishia Calvert said: “Thank you to Sunny Days Nursery for inviting our Residents to your Christmas party, everyone had a wonderful time celebrating the festive season with the children.”
