As part of HC-One’s commitment to Resident wellbeing, Colleagues strive to involve Residents and their Relatives in the running of the home where possible. 

Margaret, a Resident at Silverwood, was delighted to complete a dignity in dining audit for the home’s memory community, as she commented: “I am always happy to help, this way I feel useful.”

Carrie Ann Davies, Home Manager at Silverwood, said: “We are always happy to involve our Residents and their families in the running of our home to ensure that Resident wellbeing is our top priority.”
