Relatives have their say at Rotherham care home

Silverwood care home in Rotherham has been working with Residents and their loved ones to ensure the best possible dining experience is provided for those living in the home.

As part of HC-One’s commitment to Resident wellbeing, Colleagues strive to involve Residents and their Relatives in the running of the home where possible. 

Margaret, a Resident at Silverwood, was delighted to complete a dignity in dining audit for the home’s memory community, as she commented: “I am always happy to help, this way I feel useful.”

Carrie Ann Davies, Home Manager at Silverwood, said: “We are always happy to involve our Residents and their families in the running of our home to ensure that Resident wellbeing is our top priority.”
