Resident turns 88 years young at Hinckley care homeCelebrations were in full swing at Hinckley Park care home in Hinckley, Leicestershire as Resident Eileen turned 88 years young.

Eileen was joined by her nearest and dearest for her special day, as staff at Hinckley Park decorated the home with her many beautiful birthday cards.

After opening her presents, Eileen’s morning was spent doing the things she loves most: listening to her favourite music, watching her favourite TV shows and catching up with her loved ones.

The afternoon commenced as Eileen’s friends, family and fellow Residents gathered round to wish her a very happy birthday, as she was presented with a delicious chocolate cake by the home’s kitchen staff.

Sharon Butler, Home Manager at Hinckley Park, said: “Eileen is a dear friend of many people living in the home, as well as those in the local community. It was lovely to see her smiling from ear to ear as she celebrated her special day surrounded by her loved ones.”
