Residents deck the halls at Newton Heath care homeResidents at Averill House care home in Newton Heath helped deck the halls as Christmas celebrations began in the home.

Averill House’s Christmas display includes a fantastic 3 foot tall gingerbread house, which even features a gumdrop roof created by Residents, along with a colourfully-decorated snowman.

Everyone was overjoyed with how the display turned out, as people visiting the home have even commented on the efforts everyone has gone to at Averill House.

Jodie Yates, Wellbeing Coordinator at Averill House, said: “Everyone worked so hard on our Christmas display and it has turned out absolutely fantastic. Well done to all the Residents who helped out.”
