Residents enjoy festive feast at Eckington care home

Residents at April Park care home in Eckington tucked into a festive feast as they celebrated the Christmas period with their loved ones. 

Family, friends and members of the local community joined Residents living at April Park for the delicious three course meal, complete with all the trimmings. 

April Park played a number of all-time favourite Christmas hits while Residents shared memories of celebrating the festive period together in previous years. 

The atmosphere was brilliant, with everyone enjoying the delicious food together. 

Colleagues at April Park were delighted to discover they had raised more than £400 for the Residents’ Comfort Fund, which will help fund materials and activities to benefit wellbeing of those living in the home. 

One Resident commented: “I had a great time with even better company! The food was amazing too.”
