Residents enjoy heart-warming animal therapy at Calverton care homeResidents at Springwater Lodge care home in Calverton, just outside of Nottingham, enjoyed an afternoon of animal therapy as they met an adorable new furry friend.

As a Colleague brought their new puppy into Springwater Lodge to meet Residents, dog-lover Ron was delighted to say hello as he stroked and cuddled the cute canine.

Frank the puppy brought a smile to many faces at Springwater Lodge, as they watched him perform tricks and roll over on his back for tickles.

Ron commented: “It was so much fun to play with the puppy.”

A fellow Resident added: “It made me so happy meeting Frank. He reminded me of the dog I used to have.”
