Residents enjoy terrifyingly good party as Coventry care home celebrates HalloweenCelebrations were in full swing at Victoria Mews care home in Coventry as Residents and Colleagues welcomed friends and family for a spooktacular party.

The day began with pumpkin carving, as Residents chose their pumpkins and drew on their designs of spooky faces and characters.

Once the pumpkins were displayed around the home, the party kicked off in style with party music, apple bobbing and a whole host of Halloween-themed games.

Kitchen staff prepared a marvellous buffet filled with sweet and savoury treats for Residents and guests to enjoy, as they sang and danced the afternoon away.

Children from the local community even visited the home for trick-or-treating. Residents were smiling from ear to ear as they met the children and saw their fantastic fancy dress costumes.

One Resident commented: “I was really looking forward to the Halloween party, it has certainly lived up to expectations.”
