Residents enjoy traditional games afternoon at Worsley care homeResidents at Worsley Lodge care home in Worsley embraced their competitive sides as they enjoyed a traditional games afternoon together.

The afternoon began with a dominoes tournament, which saw Residents Jack and Rita battle it out to be named dominoes champion.

Many Residents joined in with the activity, as Jack and Rita even showed David the ropes, as he had never played dominoes before.

Once the game had drawn to an end, everyone sat down to enjoy tea and cakes together as they shared memories of playing their favourite board games.

One Resident commented: “I really loved the dominoes competition, it was great to learn how to play a new game.”
