Residents keep fit at Durham care homeResidents at HC-One’s St Margaret’s care home in Durham are busy keeping focussing on improving their physical and emotional wellbeing with a weekly armchair exercise sessions.

Simon Charlton visits St Margaret’s every week to conduct armchair exercise classes with Residents, the sessions help increase mobility and keep everyone feeling healthy. Residents are thoroughly enjoying the exercises and seeing improvements on their abilities each week. 

St Margaret’s Home Manager, Katherine Swainston said: “It’s great to see our Residents getting involved and being motivated to stay fit and healthy. Thank you to Simon for always providing engaging and varied classes every week.”
