Residents show some love at Stockport care home

Valentine’s Day celebrations were in full swing at Appleton Manor care home in Stockport. 

Residents enjoyed celebrating the day of love by writing Valentine’s messages to their loved ones, family and friends. 

Once all of the messages had been written, Residents hung them up on a tree to create a beautiful Valentine’s Day display at Appleton Manor. 

One Resident even decided to write a special message for Sarah, the Wellbeing Coordinator at Appleton Manor, to thank her for everything she does. 

The initiative was a great success with Residents and Relatives alike, as one person living at Appleton Manor said: “What a lovely thing to do!”
