Residents take a walk on the wild side at Sheffield care home

Alexander Court care home in Sheffield was delighted to welcome Zoolab to the home as Residents enjoyed an animalistic adventure. 

The session from the animal interaction company saw Residents meeting lots of interesting animals from across the animal kingdom, including giant snails, snakes, rats, millipedes and tarantulas. 

Many Residents plucked up the courage to touch and even hold the animals, with others asking questions about the animals’ diets, habitats and lifespans. 

The visit was a great success for all involved, as one Resident commented: “Wow that was amazing! I can’t wait for them to come again.”
