Retail therapy takes a festive twist at Sheffield care homeResidents at Alexander Court care home in Sheffield got well and truly into the festive spirit with a Christmas shopping trip.

Wellbeing Coordinator Rachael accompanied Residents Ann, Winnie and May on the trip to Crystal Peaks, as they admired the Christmas displays and wandered around the shops.

The shopping trip saw Residents visiting many of their favourite shops, as they bought some beautiful Christmas gifts for their loved ones.

The visit finished off with a delicious bite to eat in Marks and Spencer’s cafĂ©, as Residents shared their favourite memories from Christmas growing up.

The day was a great success, as Ann said: “I really enjoyed the trip out.”
