Roundhay care home is alive with the sound of musicResidents at Aberford Hall care home in Roundhay, Leeds enjoyed a morning of beautiful music as a local singer performed in the home.

Everyone gathered together in the lounge for the performance, which saw the talented Carla Simpson sing a number of classic hits for Residents to sing and dance along to.

As a regular visitor to Aberford Hall, Residents thoroughly enjoy Carla’s visits and give her a huge round of applause after her performance.

This performance was no different, as Residents gave her a 5* review.

Peter, a Resident at Aberford Hall, joked: “She’s like Mary Poppins!”

Jade Walsh, a Nursing Assistant at Aberford Hall, said: "Everyone loves it when Carla performs. She's so lovely with the residents, taking time to chat with each one.”
