Royally good afternoon tea at Moreton-in-Marsh care homeResidents and their loved ones were treated like royalty as they enjoyed an afternoon tea at Oak Tree Mews care home in Moreton-in-Marsh.

Colleagues at Oak Tree Mews prepared a delicious selection of sweet and savoury treats, including cucumber sandwiches, fruit scones and chocolate cake, which was all served on traditional afternoon tea stands.

As guests tucked in to the afternoon tea, they enjoyed listening to gentle music and chatting amongst themselves.

One Relative commented: “Oak Tree Mews feels like home from home. It’s so cosy and everyone is like a big family.”

Tracey Milsom, Home Manager at Oak Tree Mews, said: “This afternoon tea has been a great success. We can’t wait to organise more events with the local community in the coming months.”
