Santa pays a magical visit to Residents at Bridgend care home

Glanffrwd care home in Bridgend was filled with Christmas cheer as Residents were delighted to receive a magical visit in the form of Santa Claus.

Colleagues were delighted to invite the iconic festive figure to the home as Residents have been getting prepared for the Christmas season. 

Santa greeted Residents around the home, as he even made a special trip to people’s rooms to wish them a merry Christmas. 

Residents were smiling from ear to ear as they met Santa, as one Resident commented: “How wonderful it is to see everyone beaming with happiness and so full of joy.”

Joan Thomas, Home Manager at Glanffrwd, said: “It was a pleasure to see Residents enjoying themselves as Santa spread lots of Christmas cheer around the home. We already cannot wait for the big day here at Glanffrwd.”
