Santa pays a visit to Mossley care homeResidents at Sandon care home in Mossley were delighted to welcome Santa and his little helper for Christmas celebrations with friends and family.

Relatives of those living at Sandon were greeted with a glass of bubbly on arrival, as they joined their loved ones for a day filled with festive cheer.

Santa paid a visit to Residents on Christmas morning as they opened thoughtful gifts together, listening to festive music playing in the background.

Kitchen staff at Sandon also prepared a delicious Christmas dinner complete with all the trimmings, followed by Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and a glass of wine.

The day was a great success for Residents and their loved ones alike as Joan, a Resident at Sandon, said: “Seeing Santa was a lovely surprise!”
