Seasonal banquet is a success at Bredbury care home

Christmas celebrations were in full swing at Appleton Manor care home in Stockport as Residents enjoyed a delicious three course festive dinner at Ashtree Farm. 

Residents and their loved ones browsed the menu to select their favourite starters, mains and desserts, before sharing memories of Christmas growing up while they waited for their food to come.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food on offer at Ashtree Farm, as they sang and danced along to a singer’s live performance in the restaurant between courses. 

One Resident commented: “What a lovely meal. Today has really helped me get into the Christmas spirit.”

Wellbeing Coordinator Sarah said: “It was so lovely to see the Residents having a good time and singing and dancing along to the music.”
