Shard End care home Residents enjoy baking funResidents at HC-One’s The Orchards care home enjoyed an afternoon of baking fun as they took part in decorating some biscuits together.

Each Resident decorated their own biscuit in icing of their choice, adding sweet treats such as marshmallows, sprinkles and chocolate buttons to the biscuits, creating their own delicious masterpieces.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, especially as they could eat the biscuits after they had finished.

Anita Irvine, home manager, commented: “Residents had such a great time being creative, the biscuits they have made have been lovely, and they sounded like they tasted delicious too.”

It sounds like a wonderful afternoon has been had by all!
