Colleagues at Shelton Lock care home in Derby have highlighted the importance of food hygiene after receiving a five star rating in a recent inspection from the Food Standards Agency. 

The home’s catering team impressed inspectors with its commitment to the quality of food, showcasing high standards of hygiene when preparing meals.
