Shopping delight at Roxburgh House care homeTwo Residents at HC-One’s Roxburgh House care home made the decision that they would like to go shopping to theur local town recently, so Colleagues helped to make this happen.

The two ladies decided together that they would like to take a shopping trip to local Black Heath, an old shopping town with a market. Colleagues joined the pair as they all took a walk around the shops, purchasing various items of clothing and pictures for the home.

They then enjoyed lunch in a café in the market before indulging in a hot chocolate as they discussed their purchases and how much they enjoyed the day.

Home manager, Linda Wilkes, commented: “It’s wonderful going out and helping Residents to remain as independent as possible.”
