Show goes on at Eastbourne care home

Residents at HC-One’s Elstree Court care home welcomed a local theatre production company as they enjoyed a performance of Cinderella.

Everyone sat as they watched the performance, sharing laughs with one another and being entertained by the wonderful actors, interacting with the performers and singing along to the songs.

Residents especially enjoyed the jokes told by the actors, commenting on how ‘corny’ they seemed. One Resident remarked: “I really enjoy going to pantomimes, I loved it as a child and this has made me feel very nostalgic, I enjoy singing along to the songs.”
