Stafford care home enjoys Macmillan coffee morning
Residents, Relatives and Colleagues at HC-One’s Maple Lodge care home recently enjoyed a coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Everyone enjoyed themselves as they chose the cakes they wanted, and socialised with one another over a warm, refreshing drink.

As well as some wonderful cake donations, some chose to bake their own cakes and sell them for others to enjoy.

A total of around £52 was raised for Macmillan Cancer Support, which everyone was thrilled about.

Sarah Dodd, Home Manager, commented: “everyone had such a wonderful time in support of a great cause. It was lovely to see everyone interacting with one another, and we raised a wonderful amount of money.”
